At High Desert Harley-Davidson/Buell our technicians are PHD certified and participate in online and Harley-Davidson University training and education throughout the year. Each one of our Factory Certified Technicians is a rider, passionate about Harley-Davidson. You can rest assured, when you bring your bike to our Service Department, it will be treated with the kid gloves of a true motorcycle enthusiast. We are a full service dealership. That means we can assist you with almost any Harley-Davidson service need, from oil changes to complete motor rebuilds.

WARRANTY
Every new, previously untitled Harley-Davidson® motorcycle comes with a free two year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. The warranty period starts on your vehicle purchase date and protects you from any service issues caused poor workmanship or faulty parts. Regular vehicle maintenance items are excluded. Parts installed at the time of purchase are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Meet the Staff

Shane Holloway
High Desert Harley-Davidson/Buell’s Service Director

Born and raised in Payette, Idaho, Shane has been on two wheels his entire life. His riding career began on dirt bikes and later progressed to metrics. He converted to the world of Harley-Davidson when he purchased his 2006 Night Train® from High Desert Harley-Davidson/Buell earlier this year. Shane loves riding his new bike through the mountains with his friends. “There’s nothing quite like it,” he says. “I love hearing the bikes rumble through the empty roads while seeing the beauty of the trees and rivers.”

After attending a few years of college at the University of Idaho, Shane decided service fields were the career for him. He comes to us with a background in mechanical and auto body repair and has worked on both cars and motorcycles. We are excited to have his extensive Service training and twelve years Service Department Management experience as the most recent addition to our qualified team!

Shane has big plans for the High Desert Service Department. “I’m the biggest customer advocate you’ll ever meet,” he says. “I think my training and the huge wealth of knowledge within Service Departments will make for a very enjoyable customer experience.”
